Blueberry Cobbler

I made this quite a few weeks ago and it's another easy, dump all the ingredients in and put in the oven kind of dish.  I had a couple of punnets of blueberries that I had to use - that'll teach me for buying too many while they were on sale.  I was trying to find a recipe where I could use them and stumbled across this one on the Betty Crocker website.  I also happened to have a Costco size box of Bisquick in the cupboard (I still do!) because it was the same price as a tiny little one at the grocery store so that worked for me.  I know you can get Bisquick in the UK too at a decent price so that's why I'm posting this recipe.

EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLER
Picture: Mine!

Time To Prepare: 15 minutes
Time To Cook: 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
Feeds: 4-6 people (or 2 gutsy people throughout a day!!)

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons of melted butter
1 1/4 cups of biquick
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
3 cups of fresh blueberries (3 little punnets!)

Method:
1. Heat oven to 350f
2. Pour melted butter into 8 or 9 inch square dish that you will use to bake the cobbler
3. In a bowl mix together bisquick, sugar and milk
4. Pour this mixture over the butter in the dish
5. Sprinkle the blueberries over the batter and put in the oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Disclaimer for the photo!
I didn't have a square dish so I use a pie dish which caused some of the butter to spill over when cooking, resulting in me having to clean the oven...booooooo!
I only had 2 spare punnets/cups of blueberries so that's why it doesn't look as blueberryish as it would have - but it was still delicious and Ben and I polished this off during the course of a Sunday!
You could serve with ice cream, cream or custard but we ate this on it's own, almost like a pie, and it was yummy.
We started eating it before I remembered I wanted to take a picture so it's not pretty BUT it was yummmmmyyyy!

It's another easy pudding!  Enjoy.
